Such a great pit stop! We only had a takeaway tortilla patatas in a baguette, as the Reataurant was closed (Covid) but the friendly service, exceptionally good sandwich, and remarkably cheap price means it absolutely deserves 5 stars.

Great Place! On our way from Portugal to the Netherlands, we wanted to stop in Salamanca to eat. But because there where local party we keept going and searched for other place. It was 22:15 and we call them, and they said the kitchen close at 22:30 if you are here before that, we can serve you. We where here before 22:30, we could eat. It was nearby to the road, like 400m? The food was amazing!

Found purely accidentally looking for a pit stop. Went into the bar where a few locals were lunching. Chose some tapas using the tried and tested point and hold up 2 fingers (politely) method. Food was good, hot, very inexpensive and served with a smile. Only when we were driving away did we realise there was a large restaurant behind the bar!
